I/ Shipping Policy
1. Processing times for shipments and dispatches
Your orders are processed on lumerialights.com within a maximum of 24 hours from the time the order is placed. They are then processed immediately by our partners and shipped approximately 48 to 72 hours after being processed and notified.
2. Shipping methods and delivery time
We deliver to mainland France, French overseas departments and territories, as well as Belgium and Switzerland. Delivery times are 7 to 14 business days. If you experience a delivery delay, please do not hesitate to contact us at the address support@lumerialights.com so that we can provide you with information and discuss the matter with you.
3. Costs
You pay no additional fees when you place your order. Delivery is free with no preconditions or minimum order amount.
4. Shipping restrictions
We currently ship our packages only to mainland France, French overseas departments and territories (DOM-TOM), and French-speaking countries such as Belgium and Switzerland. We are exclusively focused on the French-speaking market. However, if you are from another country but are interested in one of our products, please feel free to contact us at support@lumerialights.com and we can arrange to deliver your package to you as quickly as possible.
5. Order tracking
You can track your order on our website via the "Order Tracking" tab in the navigation menu and using the order tracking number provided after payment on our Lumeria store. You can also contact us at support@lumerialights.com for any further questions you may have.
6. Damaged or lost items
In case of a damaged or lost item, please refer to our return and refund policy and then contact us at support@lumerialights.com so that we can take stock of the situation together and find a solution to your problem.

7. 60-day money-back guarantee
Our return and refund policy lasts 60 days. You can therefore test your product during these 60 days and benefit from a full refund and return shipping at our expense during this period.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition as when you received it, fully functional, and in its original packaging. If more than 60 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund.

8. 5-year warranty of conformity
Once our 60-day money-back guarantee has ended, our legal guarantee of conformity takes over. In this case, the return shipping is at your expense and only [returns/returns] partial refunds may be granted. They will not be granted in the following cases:
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for a reason not due to an error on our part.
* Any item returned more than 60 days after delivery.
